The service desk help was not very helpful or friendly and was on the phone while they were checking me in. The service was rude. Also check out was 1130am and they knocked on my door 3 times before the time of check out. No ironing board and didn't get any help from front desk to try and resolve issue. Other people were comparing about this service and the hotel in general. I will never book this hotel ever again.

The property was off the main road and there were alot of food options around. However the service I received was not good. The room had a damp old cigarette smell and the doors are so heavy that all you hear are slamming doors all night. The gentleman at the desk was nice , the lady the next 2 was always on the phone or outside, on the phone or possibly smoking. And just seemed not interested in being around. Theres a sign that says breakfast until 10am I came down for juice at 9:40 and she said they are closed. She was cleaning up. We were in town for basketball and needed to was jerseys. You have to pay for washer and dryer in cash but the lady at the front desk is so rude and acted so annoyed every time i asked a question or needed help. I was short a few cents for one of the machines and she wouldn’t trust me enough to bring it back , so then i took out 20 from atm then she turned around and said oh I can’t take that because i need to have change in my register. You saw me walking over to the atm , I came back with a 5.00 to get quarters for the machine then she says she can sell me a roll of $10 she didn’t want to break the quarters. What? I put my quarters in the machine to get detergent and it was empty and lost my money went back but she acted like that wasn’t there problem and not their machines. I tell you what, I knew the hotel was a no frills but customer service is free! I am a manager in the customer service world and I was very disappointed.

Arrived before check in time and even though the room was ready, staff wanted $25 extra per room for early check-in. Someone kept taking the do not disturb tag off the door and had to ask each day for a new one. Mattress had numerous stains on it and was very worn. Pillows were very small and flat. Sports bar next door was super loud and went on till the wee hours of the morning. Very little breakfast items were available, many people gave up and walked off. May be time for a renovation and additional training for the staff.

The desk staff was decent, and the lobby had a somewhat clean appearance. However, this hotel is in dire need of renovation. A persistent stale odor permeates the premises, and the carpets require significant cleaning or outright replacement. My room was not up to standard; I encountered several bugs on the floor, and the desk chair was in poor condition with worn, peeling leather—it seemed like an attempt at an antique style gone wrong. The towels felt old and rough, which was disappointing. Additionally, the air conditioning system was unreliable, turning off despite being set to ‘consistent.’ Overall, my experience at this hotel was quite disappointing, and I chose not to voice my concerns to the staff. I handled it and made a firm decision not to return. It’s puzzling why the cleanliness is so lacking, especially given the hotel’s prime location. With proper investment in renovations and maintenance, it could truly excel. I sincerely wish the owners the best, but I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff (one) was very helpful but the room was terrible! There was a hole in bathroom door. Sitting chair looked like they got from by the garbage! Carpet through out hotel is dirty!

The plumbing inside my room was poor. The toilet did not flush after usage. Ten minutes later the toilet still wouldn’t flush. Another ten minutes passed before the toilet flushed. I complained to the desk clerk three times. Maintenance never fixed the toilet or unclogged the slow draining sink. Housekeeping provided me with a toilet plunger. Also, the mattress was very old. The mattress had tape covering several holes. The carpet was stained and the walls needed painting.

Front desk was unfriendly and not inviting. Charged $15 to checkin 1 hr early. We took our luggage up to be called minutes later to bring thevcart back. The hotel needs major updates. Ceiling peeling w water damage, curtains torn, furniture very worn, sunken mattress, hole in bathroom door. Smells old and stale. Hot breakfast had no eggs and half cooked sausage and potatoes. Only good thing was walkable restaurants. App wont let me upload pics.
