Literally cannot fault the hotel. So well thought out & considered. Bravo!

The room and bathroom were excellent. The Green was a clever attraction. Staff were excellent.

The hotel has a good overall package of amenities and location at a reasonable price.

Wonderful three night stay. Reception staff on arrival were helpful and friendly, explaining all facilities etc. Our room was large and comfortable, a bonus for me was a kettle so I could have my morning cuppa! Huge rain shower in the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent with so much choice of fresh fruit, yoghurts, cold meats and cheeses, cereals, fresh bread; there was even a chef there to cook eggs, or omelettes for you. There is a rooftop pool, hot tub and sauna, also sundeck with loungers. One of the unique things about this hotel is The Green. It is a lounge area where you can get free drinks (non alcoholic) and snacks, such as salads, small sandwiches and cakes etc! Location was about 10 to 15 minute walk into town, the bus station is also only a 5 minute walk away. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

This hotel gave me hostel vibes. Paying over £600 for a long weekend, is drastically overpriced for the quality. There was lots of mould in the shower and chips in the flooring. Positive though is that the room was very quiet (didn’t hear people next to/above me), it’s also within walking to basically everywhere in town.

The hotel was very good, clean, helpful staff, breakfast was a self service with some cooked items. Rooms, linen and towel were all high quality. Excellent service in the reception area for food and drinks that’s free for guests. Wound reckoned this hotel if you want convenience for central Mahón.

It was an amazing experience from the beginning to the last day of my stay, really enjoyed, large room, large bathroom, everything really clean and staff very friendly, has piscina, spa, gym everything you need to have the best holidays! Really recommend this place to any one who wants to visit Menorca

All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. They were knowledgeable about the area and provided useful tips to find a place to park my car.

Everything was absolutely perfect, staff were friendly and helpful always smiling. They made me feel really welcome. The spa and gym facilities are excellent. The Green room is a genius. Loved this hotel so much so ended up booking this chain at my next destination in Cala Galdana.

A comfortable hotel, within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants, and very near the bus station. The great added bonus was "The Green", an area where you could help yourself to wine, beer and snacks for free whenever you wanted. We didn't need to ask much of the staff, but when we did ask they were very helpful. Nice pool, though small, big enough to do some serious swimming in. I would happily return

Great hotel with very nice amenities. Our room was clean and had everything you need and a pillow menu! Pool, sauna and steam room were excellent. Staff was very nice. Coffee/snack area had a great selection of drinks and snacks all day. Only con was that gym was pretty small and didn’t have AC- being on the top floor made it really unusable due to heat. Plus, it only opens at 9am.

The Green Room was amazing. Hope it remains.

Hotel was very comfortable and the free “green room” drinks and food available from 3pm each day was a nice touch. Short - 5 min - walk from the bus station which makes getting around the Island without a car easy.

Staff were helpful. Easily accessible. The snack station was a great added touch to the hotel. I think more variety for breakfast and snack station would’ve been better though (ie. Crisps at the snack station. Different rotation of hot foods at breakfast). Otherwise can’t fault this hotel.

The Artiem Capri is a very nice small hotel which is situated within a three minute walk from the Mahon Bus Station. Regular bus services are available from there to most towns and beaches in Menorca. Snacks and drinks are made available from 15.00 each day and are very welcome when taking a break from the pool, sundeck or returning back to the hotel from a trip out. Our particular balcony would have benefitted from one way glass in the doors because it is over looked by people on their balconies across the road. Also the positioning of the long mirror and lighting were disliked by ny wife when getting herself ready to go out. But overall a very good experience and we will be back to use this hotel again.

Wow, well where to start. This hotel is above and beyond! The staff cannot do enough to help and make your stay brilliant. We stayed here for two weeks and during this time it was my partner’s birthday. I asked Dani, a gentleman on reception if he could possibly put some balloons and banners out that I’d brought with me whilst we were out in the day and he went above and beyond organising a bottle of cava and a birthday cake with a personalised note! Absolutely free! Another lovely lady Andre organised the therapist in the spa to contact me personally to organise a treatment which was perfect! The lady who does the spa treatments Elena is just wonderful. She personalised her session to my needs and was just brilliant at her job! I’ve never felt so relaxed. These were just a few personal touches and experiences that make this place so special. The breakfast is lovely and despite not having a bar - there is a free snacks and drink area downstairs with wine, beer, soft drinks, tea, food for you to help yourself to. I’ve never seen this in a hotel before and you can take them to your room as well as sitting in the green room area. I cannot recommend this place enough! It’s within easy walkable distance to the port and Mahon itself as well as having the bus station on your door step! Thankyou for such a beautiful stay and making our holiday such a wonderful one!
