We were on the 4th floor and the elevator is broken, with no scheduled date for repair. Our first room had a disgusting smell, but the lady at the front desk quickly changed us to a different room. The hotel is run down and has definitely seen better days. Others in our party thought it was “fine”. This is our second time staying in this hotel and definitely feel it’s being a bit neglected.. we won’t return.

Clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was okay.

The staff is very friendly and professional. The breakfast has many options with fresh and tasty choices.

Great place to stay. The pool and hot tub are great amenities.

Hotel room and hallways smelled of weed

no ice, no elevator, 1st room smelled so bad we moved to another room and the AC was so loud in the 2nd room we couldn't sleep.

I liked that it was clean. I didn’t like that my bathroom door didn’t close

The property was nice. Location was very good. I did not like that the elevator was out of service and we were not notified in advance. Our room was on the 4th floor and had to carry our bags up the stairs. The staff did offer to carry them. No additional accommodations were offered for the inconvenience.

Lousy mattress.elevator not working. Typical hotel breakfast. Housekeeping every three days which is not acceptable. Incredibly loud a/c.

Fresh baked cookies in lobby, large updated rooms, friendly staff. Will be returning!

It is simple but near a nice hiking trail, safeway and Starbucks across the street, good AC, free parking, good value, friendly staff.

This place was great, easy check in and smooth stay. All amenities were perfect. The charm and displays were relaxing and entertaining.

The water wasn't very hot and the hot tub was barely hotter than the pool.

Beautiful property, shaded, across from shopping center with a grocery store. Restaurants nearby. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Plentiful parking.
