Arrived late and leave early next morning. Nice big room with nice bed and good view in highrise. Although the building seems to be old, but the room is clean. I'm satisfied with the stay and hope to have time to explore the neighborhood area next time.

We love staying here! I am travelling with 3 small children. The hotel was extremely accommodating and able to upgrade is to a suite. So everyone had a good night sleep after the flight and car journey! Situated in the City Centre there is easy access to the shops, Public transport and the pool next door!

Would not book this hotel again: worn and dirty rug, arm chairs and curtains. Mold in the bathroom. Not comfy and certainly not 4*worthy..

It's a nice Hotel in a wonderful landscape. But first you have to drive in a parking lot. If you take by accident a wrong lane, the parking garage is like a maze. Especially when you have your luggage with. The rooms are nice, except we couldn't find the temperature control of the ac. The worst thing was that the Lady at the desk offered to get the room and breakfast, but never mentioned the price for that. I assumed it would be approximately the same as it is in other Hotels in the area. I didn't asked for, my mistake. Next morning I paid the bill and have been shocked. $ 15 for one breakfast. Boa, we had not golden dishes, no Champagner, just a buffet breakfast. I was full for the rest of the day. Next time : Hotel - yes, breakfast - no

This was one of the last places I stayed on a four week vacation. It was probably the nicest of all the places I stayed. I was quite impressed. The staff was helpful and friendly as well.

Checkin- Mitarbeiterin unfreundlich, unpersönlich, kein Wort des Willkommens, keine Erklärungen z. B. dass zum Frühstücksrestaurant ein extra Fahrstuhl zu benutzen ist I trotz wenig Gästen, Frühstück nur zu drei festgelegten Zeiten von 90 Minuten, Entscheidung dazu ist beim Checkin notwendig I im Frühstücksraum, direkt am Eingang ein Tisch mit Bettel- Trinkgeld- Sparbüchse Kuh, dazu schriftl. Erklärung, dass sich die Kuh über eine Spende freut I einige Gäste erhielten vom Frühstückspersonal zubereitete Spiegeleier, doch es gab keinen Verweis, mündlich oder schriftlich, dass diese Bestellmöglichkeit besteht I bis zur Mittagszeit kein Housekeeping im Zimmer gewesen, deswegen Nachfrage an der Rezeption, darauf Zusage der Rezeptionistin, dass Housekeeping noch kommen wird, doch als wir abends zurück kamen, war nichts im Zimmer gemacht, wir beschwerten uns bei derselben Rezeptionistin, diese hatte kein Wort der Entschuldigung, wir bekamen von ihr auf Nachfrage nur einige völlig alte, dünne Handtücher, auch beim Auschecken, am nächsten Tag, kein Wort der Entschuldigung vom Rezeptionisten I ein Fenster im Zimmer ist kippbar, doch es reichte schon ein kleiner Luftzug oder eine Bewegung im Zimmer, damit das Fenster laut zufiel I Seifenspender in der Dusche war beim Checkin nur zu 15 % befüllt, blieb dies die ganze Zeit auch I Zimmer ohne Safe, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher I das Hotel wirbt mit kompletten Vier Sterne Service, doch geboten wird bestenfalls Jugendherbergsniveau

Es war alles super das zimmer freundlicher empfang. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich.

Wir waren für 2 Nächte im City Hotel am CCS für den Rennsteiglauf. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich an der Rezeption, sowie zum Frühstück und Abendessen. Das Frühstücksbuffet und Abendbuffet war top mit einer grandiosen Aussicht über Suhl. Das Hotel war überall sehr sauber. Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Bad, was eine Renovierung vertragen würde;-). Getränkeservice ohne Gebühr top 👍. Vielen Dank dafür. Auch für schöne Ausflüge zum wandern oder Rad fahren wäre das Hotel ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt. Wir würden es wieder buchen.
