This hotel surprised me in the best way possible. I was a little worried due to the lack of pictures but the hotel is very clean and the staff helpful and friendly. My family and I felt safe and the breakfast was a +. Totally recommend and if I go back to Verona i will be staying in the same hotel

Staff was fenomenal, location was perfect, Chiara at the reception a sweet heart. The only thing was the curtains in the bedroom was see through, a black out curtains would have been great

The room keys are unique. Old style but really cool. The regular rooms are to small . But my standard room upgrade was great.

The place was clean and artistic. Breakfast was good. Location is super, 10 minute walk to old town and $15 quick cab ride to train station. I really appreciated the service. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful. The young guy at the desk (long hair in ponytail) was very helpful to this traveler. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed last night, warm welcome, explaining where we are to the city (short walk), close to sightseeing areas. Hotel so clean, breakfast was good, no complaints. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

The only problem was that the air conditioners did not work, since the administration does not allow them to be turned on depending on the season, but the temperature was 79 degrees, the first night we did not sleep at all even opening the windows, since between the heat and the The noise from the cars was unbearable, and on the second night after contacting Expedia the hotel turned on the air. Otherwise the service was very good.

Lovely hotel with super friendly and attentive staff. We were given lots of top tips of where to visit in our short time in Verona which proved invaluable in making the most of our time there. Our family room was exceptional, spacious and modern. Good location, around 10-15 mins to Duomo. Would stay here again and can thoroughly recommend.
