Hotel with good facilities for family vacation

quiet location.. It's just that I stayed last Saturday, November 8th.. then had breakfast on Sunday, the 9th.. the yellow rice and fried rice were still wet... that's all... but the other food was delicious 😇

I was there for couple of night. They had to moved me to the other room because the first one, the AC was not working, and the room was hot. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I stayed on the older side of the hotel. Overall, it was an ok experience.

The hotel is great for a family staycation... The pool is beautiful. The Wi-Fi is fast in the rooms. The TVs also have internet access. Check-in is also very fast, and early check-in is possible at no additional cost. You can enjoy the sunset in the mangrove forest. The food is very varied, but the main menu could use a little more flavor, but the desserts and other items are delicious. Highly recommended.

It is better to give drinking water in bottles only.

This hotel is highly recommended for its ambiance and service, but I think the food could be improved. At breakfast, everything was cold (except the coffee), and even the egg omelet tasted strange.

First time staycation at Grand Luley, overall very pleasant and satisfying... Check in was quite fast, had time to move rooms because the initial room was on the 3rd floor hehe... The room was clean, nice and fragrant, the AC was cold. Breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety. Overall, it is recommended for those who want to staycation. Oh yes, thank you for getting the FOC compliment cake. Next time I will come back here. Thanks to the Front desk staff and FnB staff. God Bless 🙏🥰💕
