Reasonably good hotel. No airport shuttle is a big negative.

Needs new carpeting for a refresh throughout. So glad i had flipflops to wear in room! Changing outside deck lughting to downward lighting would have made it nice for me to be able have ac on overnight without bright light beaming into room. Due to necessary location of ac, you can’t close curtains to block lights angled at pillow area of beds. I put a towel up to help. Nice guy at counter upon arrival. Nice housekeeping staff. Bummer no airport shuttle- cost me $50 extra… will probably not stay again unless updates are made throughout. My room 230 should have bern $100/night cheaper due to deck staircase location and bright lights! Thanks!

Nice sized room but missing a sofa. Would have been nice to relax on a sofa vs the bed. Also a bigger tv would be beneficial!

They had no heaters - yes in Fairbanks! She told me “just turn off the AC and wait for the room to heat up”. Plus, the shower had no hot water - it was hardly warm. The trashcan had flies. The hotel itself is pretty worn out too. Would not recommend it for more than a few hours sod sleep.

While the hotel facility is a bit dated, we had a good 2 day stay. It had everything we needed: Decent sized rooms with everything in working condition, an exercise room with updated equipment, self-service credit card operated guest laundry, large common areas, ample parking and an efficient location. On top of it, the staff were very welcoming and accommodating.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was basic economy hotel/motel quality. The rest of the property was run down and grungy. The staff was fairly hapless. The hotel was next to a busy expressway. Easy walk to downtown.

The property is not worth for your dollars. The property is a very old property with lot of broken interiors. I booked a room with kitchenntte. The kitchen is useless and you have to have a very strong patience to cook any food. The stove takes for ever to heat or cook your food. The bathrooms are very old with lot of broken fixtures. You have to call reception for every single need. The AC unit is a very low quality unit. The doors were getting jammed and unable to open. If you have an old age person in this room they is a very good chance they might get stuck inside. The showers were very old and the water from the cold/ heat water was either too hot or too cold. In a nutshell this hotel is not worth for 3 star. I can give a 1 star rating.

Very comfortable beds and spacious room. All amenities were present. Free hot drinks available in reception 24 hours/day. Good complimentary breakfast. Beds not made daily and bed linen and towels not changed due to staff shortages. Rooms are only cleaned every 4 days. This wasn’t a problem for us as we only had a 2 night stay.

Absolutely avoid if you are planning to get a nights rest or actually have a job you have to get up to in the morning. I've stayed here on more than 1 occasions and the first impression wasn't great so I thought I'd give it another go especially because of the slim pickings. So I arrive and the person who checked me in was friendly enough, go into my hotel and immediately notice a smell that smelled like a mixture of Febreeze, poop, and pee. That's when I noticed my sock was also getting wet on the carpet. Clearly someone or something had an accident here. Breakfast tasted old and I didn't finish my bagel. The worst part of this hotel is that they didn't kick out the drunken idiots that partied all night. Didn't get a wink of sleep because the hotel owner didn't have the balls to kick out problematic customers. Maybe this would be a good place to do drugs and party. If that sounds fun to you this is the place because they probably won't kick you out.

Worst night sleep ever!!! Apparently there’s a clipboard stuck in between the elevator and the shaft so every time the elevator goes up it sends a rumbling banging sound to the nearby rooms over and over. I had a fan and the ac going to drown it out and it still woke me up repeatedly. Room was dated. The shower was ridiculously hard to control because the shower control had mismatched parts. Remote control to TV didn’t work until I took the corroded batteries out and put them back in. Water cooler in lobby was always empty. The free breakfast was actually the only decent part
