The SPA in nearby hotel was good, although a bit crowded at the afternoon. Breakfast is decent. Room is small, but clean. Perhaps noise isolation could be better. The price was high although comparable with nearby hotels.

I never been on a such unclean room and really have stayed a lot in hotels. No electric kettle in a room. Also, weird smell around a building and the room. But they did have a complimentary earplugs in a room — that tells a lot!

Hotel was basic and clean enough, well located for the ferry port and a short walk into the old city. Rooms are a little tired and getting hot water in the shower involved a bit of luck but for the cost of the stay it was all reasonable enough. There isn't much in the local area for food other than a couple of restaurants associated to the hotel. Nearest supermarket is about 5-10 minutes walk away. Breakfast buffet was 17 euros but could be booked in advance for 14 euros, I didn't partake as the cost felt a bit high for what it was.

Good location, close to the port.

It's a kind of basic budget hotel conveniently located between the harbour and the old town, there's a bus from the stop Linnahall (200 meters from the property) connecting you directly from/to the railway station and the airport. Breakfast was more than satisfactory and the quality of the food was good. Staff is English speaking and very helpful, even if they encourage you to make the check-in and check-out via Internet (I did the check-in online, it was quick and easy). Laundry service was excellent: if you give your clothes in the morning before 8, you'll find them cleaned and ironed in your room the same evening. A small minus point for the cleaning service: it's done every 2 days - no problem for me - but the cleaning is very superficial, they basically change towels and bed sheets plus a quick wipe of the bathroom.

It was just what we needed. Check-in and check-out were easy, staff was helpful and friendly, room was clean and everything worked. Good water pressure in the shower, old-town easily reached by foot (10mins). The spa was too expensive for us, but all in all it was exactly what we wanted in a hotel.

Modern functiinal hotel very near the port & not too far from the old town. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection to suut all tastes. There was even 3 x flavours of ice cream!
