The premises were ok. Seems like the hotel is housing homeless people. Ample parking. Air conditioner was great. Short drive to many eateries and restaurants. Utensils and pots have to be requested. I definitely won’t go back.

Stayed 1 night. Hotel was clean. Unfortunately people were very loud outside the hotel until 2 am playing music. Otherwise clean, convenient location hotel.

Our room was quiet, hallways were quiet. This was a pet friendly property and we did not hear any dogs barking, we brought our own dog as well. Negatives were that we arrived at about 10 PM to check in and I called the phone for front desk check-in and the phone was not answered after I called two or three times. No one was behind the desk and it took 10 minutes for someone to arrive. The security doors that need a key to enter from the outside were never locked and there were people hanging out by their cars in the parking lot looking like they were having some alcohol. When we arrived in our room, the bathroom sink was 6 inches full of cloudy water due to a clog. No one was in the property on a weekend to fix it. They did offer us another room, but by that time we had already unpacked everything and did not want to move. When I spilled some water on the floor and used a washcloth to wipe it up, the cloth was filthy dirty. Refrigerator was banged up. Nothing about the room looked at all like pictures on the website. Carpeting in the hallway was old and stained. Definitely a two star hotel.

When we arrived they said my card I paid with on Hotels.com had been declined - they said I had to [ay again to stay - I did not have tie to check with you, you have no number to call and my son and I had to get into the room so, I had no choice - why would I have to pay twice for the room when I had a receipt showing I paid? It was the worst arrival ever and I may not use this service again as a result - I think something fraudulent was going on at that Extended Stay - you need to check into that ASAP!

Staff were good. Very helpful and accommodating. The rest was not so good. People loitering in the parking lot. Gives the illusion of an unsafe place. The smell of room 222 was damp and musty. My shower floor looked clean but was slippery and felt grimy.

The paint was peeling off the ceiling and walls in the bathroom. There were no toiletries at all - no wash, shampoo, conditioner, drinking cups, nothing. The mattress SUCKED. If I had the time, would've gone to a different hotel.

For the money this place is definitely not worth it. Should be a "motel" and have cost under $200 for the lack of service or amenities...... Noisy all night, people throwing up in the hallway and shady people in the parking lot. Would never stay here again or recommend.

Clean, comfortable, updated room, friendly hardworking staff. Packaged muffins and coffee in the lobby in the morning otherwise no frills, no amenities, no daily housekeeping, have to fetch your own extra towels, TP, kitchen items ( kitchen is initially empty, no dishes, utensils, coffee maker, etc had to go to the desk to get anything you needed), but perhaps that’s the nature of extended stay? Security cameras and big security monitor in the sparse lobby made me wary about safety, but ultimately all good security wise. Some strange yelling and noise two nights in a row around 3:00 a.m. for a couple of hours, manager handled it. Would stay again in a pinch, but not alone (female traveler), our usual choices in the area were booked. Stayed 4 nights.

This should not be listed as a vacation spot. There was a door to a room smashed in on our floor. It seems to be a section 8 facility. We just slept there & showered with all of our belongings in plastic bags as we did read someone saw roaches.

Shower Didnt Work!! This Was Discovered After We Arrived Very Late At Night. Had Unpacked All Our Things, Food, Clothes, Accessories, Toiletries, Etc, & Then Was Getting Ready For Bed. My Husband Went To Step Into The Shower & Surprise!!! Water Spraying Everywhere & Only Cold Temperatures An Option. After Working 10 Hrs & Driving 5 Hrs, We Were Too Exhausted To Move All Of Our Belongings To Another Room. (We Have Pictures Of Broken Shower Head/Handle) That Room Should Never Have Been Available To Book A Stay. (Room 133) We Had A Packed Schedule, Due To The Wake & Funeral & Burial We Had Travelled From Out Of State To Attend. We Never Had Time To Change Rooms & We Never Were Able To Take A Shower During Our 2 Nights/2 Days In NY At This Hotel. Also, It Was Impossible To Watch Anything But The Very Limited "Live" TV Channels. We Tried Many Methods Of Trying To Sign In/Chromecast/Bluetooth/Get Apps, Following The Directions On The TV & On The Card From The Front Desk. The Lousy Internet At The Hotel Would Not Support Any Streaming Services. We Tried At Least 3 Or 4. Every Minute They Would Pause & Buffer & Kick You Out Of The Show You Were Trying To Watch. We Tried Multiple Shows/Episodes & Everything We Tried To Watch Was Unsuccessful. Very Frustrating & Really Outrageous. Never Have Stayed At A Hotel Without The Ability To Watch A Variety Of Options. Only 3 Pillows For 1 Queen Bed With 2 Adults? No Blanket In Room? No Extra Towels Allowed, Only Towel Exchange
