The hotel is in a great location, and in easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and had great suggestions for great restaurants, and places to visit. It was a pleasure to stay at the Hotel Argenta Tower.

The hotel is within walking distance to coffee shops, pharmacies and grocery stores. To our surprise it had a kitchenette with an area to hace a tea or coffee. It really is a nice area to stay .

The Male Receptionist was extremely informative and helpful when suggesting places to visit when time was limited. Accommodation was clean but a little tired, Unusual to find a kitchen as part of the accommodation but would suit back packers. Very quiet even though centre of Bueno Aires.

We were able to walk to see some of Buenos Aires. Food was close by.

Front desk staff, especially Vladislav, were very helpful in booking tourist activities. All of them were very friendly. Breakfast was excellent too

Customer service is average. Some personnel better than others. They don't do extra mile to serve you. Rooms are clean and food is okay .

Very slow WiFi not working at times. Not changing towels every day, old worn out towels. Could hear every step from room above. No heat.

A reasonably priced hotel in a safe walking neighborhood, close to shops and restaurants and the cruise ship terminal. The pool was a great way to cool off after a day in the sun!
