Property is fine for a short stay. Seems a bit dated and things in the room didn’t work. Staff were very good and friendly.

Communicating with the reception staff in English was challenging and there was a lot of confusion regarding billing and invoicing. I am still waiting for my final invoice.

Amazing breakfast but the building need some improvement, if you are foreign be advice that the rooms do not has international outlet plugs , you need to buy an adapter to be able to use the plugs.

The front desk clerk manner, not very welcoming. The front desk is dated, the rooms are nice and spacious but the bathroom and bed need a remodeling.

Housekeeping the first and last day was good rest of the day just maid the bed. Did. Not change towels or empty trash cans.

Stayed 3 nights on a business trip to SP. Location is great - safe and with several decent restaurants around. My only downside is the lack of complementary drinking water in the room, which is quite standard in many similar hotels I've stayed in.

Safe location, clean room, friendly staff, valet parking is a great convenience and breakfast was good. I would highly recommend it.

The location is very convenient. But there’s no elevator service to the parking is a minus.
