Walkable to many attractions

The staff was nice. The room was spacious. However, the bathrooms were bad. We stayed in 2 different rooms on 2 different occasions. The first time the bathtub was completely clogged. The second time, the shower was not working. They need to have a better maintenance of bathrooms.

Staff was friendly and helpful, which was especially welcome after a long flight from the US. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is a short taxi ride from AEP, and the staff arranged a taxi for me since I had to leave so early in the morning (3:30am).

Location is great! It’s in the heart of downtown Buenos Aires. The room could use a better cleaning and attention. Good for the price.

This was initially advertised as Meliá Hotel in Expedia. It was a surprise to me when I arrived to see it was a Doubletree. Staff was very nice and polite. The rooms were very clean too. Bathrooms lack of airflow but if you open the windows and turn on the AC you won’t notice the smell.

Hotel had a great location. Rooms could use deeper cleaning. The rooms we stayed are in need of renovations.

What I disliked the most was that on arrival, we were informed that there were no rooms available. Other than that it was only one day wasted and we were only in BA for one day. We had 4 hours of fun finding somewhere else to stay at twice the price😂

I loved it

We had a great stay and as a Platinum we were upgraded to a beautiful and spacious corner suite. They have a nice indoor pool to use after a day of shopping. Very convenient hotel for tourism in walking distance to major attractions and dinner in Puerto Madero
