A great experience

The comforter on one of the beds was torn, it was very outdated, front desk personel could be a bit more happy when a guest arrives, for the price would i stay again maybe so but only if it was my only option. we forgot what time it was and went to grab coffee and cereal at 8:50 before bringing the kids to the pool and the breakfast worker looked at us and roller her eyes.

I could smell smoke in the shower curtains. Blech. Service was great. Room was not. It was the least expensive hotel in the area. You get what you pay for.

I MADE A RESERVATION WITH JET TUB BUT RECEPTIONIST GAVE IT WRONG ROOM W/O JET TUB. I ASKED ROOM CHAGE BUT SHE YELLED, INSISTED MY ROOM WAS NOT WITH JET TUB WITHOUT CONFIRMATION. FINALLY I RECEIVED THE RIGHT ROOM BUT MY FEELING WAS TERRIBL, MOREOVER I ASKED PAYMENT WITH SAMSUNG PAY BUT SHE SAID IT COULD NOT. BUT I TALKED I DID BEFORE THERE AND FINALLY DID. IT WAS VERY NOT GOOD EXPERIANCE. THERE WERE PICTURES WHICH SHOWED BUGS IN THE ROOM. I NEED REFUND OR CREDIT FOR THIS TRIP.

Friendly staff and gorgeous room

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The elevator is a bit dangerous and will move before the doors are closed. The doors will also close with a person standing in it. My family and I opted for the stairs several times. The bathroom could also have been cleaner. Lots of space in the room itself. Breakfast cut off 30 minutes early.

Hotel stay was fine. We stayed a week and only had two housekeeping visits, which was enough for us. Pool was open, breakfast was good, beds and pillows weren't comfortable though.

Budget hotel

Upon arrival, we had to request a room change due to soiled torn bedding. Our room key cards had to be replaced multiple times as they stopped working. Breakfast was basic and the coffee was extremely watered down. The staff was friendly.

This hotel was great. Outdoor pool and hot tub which were nice after a long day of driving. Front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast had a good assortment and you could make Texas-sized and shaped waffles!
