Awesome service overall no word to express

Beautiful

Fantastic week away, a proper hotel with traditional 1st class service values…

Overall it’s a nice resort but the rooms are dated. My room smelled and while on-the-surface it was clean but behind things are not clean. The food was reasonably good. The staff were very friendly. The landscape around the pool and beach can be much better. Good for the money.

A perfect hotel to stay in.

Excellent service in the club lounge. Clean and spacious rooms. Great service all round. Will definitely return.

Top notch in every aspect!

Hotel room pristine, modern and clean, but for the price the breakfast was not good enough - having to queue and then eat in what felt like a bustling market.

Everyone was lovely there Filipa (I don’t know if I remember her name correctly), Main, Theo, and the whole team! The pool is great! The beach is great! Only couple pieces of advice, the sports desk should be a bit more friendly and smile (like the concierge and front desk who are amazing!) and also I wish the upstairs balcony area of the cafe was open at night as it would be great for traditional and Muslim friendly hangout for families, because the Belgium bar is not an option and some of us want to stay up late with our families and have something to eat late night and hangout. All in all a great hotel!

Amazing hotel

What a wonderful hotel. Great location. Excellent food choices. The service from the staff was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Views from sea view room was fabulous. The hotel is very clean and spacious. Everyone was so helpful. The guy even cleaned our sunglasses for us. Very innovative service. Not had that before. Easy to get around Doha. Uber is very inexpensive and very convenient. One downside, not the hotels fault was that they had a lot of jellyfish in the ocean due to the winds. Sadly I did get stung and the lifeguards were there and helped me. So just beware if you see the purple flag flying. Patricia a manager at the hotel went above and beyond for us. We would truly recommend this hotel and will definitely be coming back.

Very beautiful hotel! Spotlessly clean, rooms nice and luxurious, staff are amazing. Breakfast is 5 stars with everything you could ever need or want. Pool and beach beautiful. Highly recommend for a night or for those staying longer
