I loved the hotel. It was clean, quiet, and in a great location. There were tables and fire pits in various spots around the hotel, allowing you to enjoy unforgettable evenings by the sea. Plus, all the staff were very friendly.

Check in felt unwelcoming. Pool was not maintained at all. Had to go to front desk to ask for towels from the pool, was sent to the other pool which did not have towels either. Loose wiring for the speakers around the pool. The rooms were not well maintained, the sliding door had layers of I don’t even know what that made it almost impossible to see through and had a soggy/possibly mold smell. Overall it was an unpleasant stay.

Great location for a bachelorette party! Beautiful grounds! Hotel is a tiny bit outdated but overall exceptional! Not enough can be said about the staff! Everyone went out of their way and was so helpful and friendly!

The hotel is right off the beach and we had an ocean view that waa great.... Locationis great! However our room smelled like sewage and the showers temperature was really off. Either really cold or really really hot and it would changed on its own....

Great location just no central Ac so the ac unit is loud and upstairs guess were very loud

The rooms were clean and the location has some sketchy rooms near the corners of the property. The main lobby area is beautiful but unfortunatly the roof top area was closed and that was the reason we booked the property. The conscience and ambiance is general is beautiful.

We loved our stay at The Milo! We wish we were able to stay longer than one night. If we’re ever in SB again, we’ll be back!

The property behind us was construction at like 5:30 am…. Very disturbing, because my alarm was at 7:00 am

Well, it’s conveniently located right in front of the beach, which is fantastic. Everything is within walking distance, so you can explore the area on foot or even use one of their bikes if you prefer. We had an ocean view room, which was adequate. Nothing extraordinary, but it served its purpose. Since we were only there for a single night, we didn’t spend much time in our room. 😅 The only thing that would have been a plus for me would have been a room service option, as walking back to the main lobby at 3 am was quite a trek. Apart from that, it was a great place. I would definitely stay again.

I wish I knew there was construction going on. The room availability was limited.

Room we got was behind swimming area. We had no view, just bushes. Room felt stuffy and alittle outdated. The property itself is huge. Nice garden areas. Staff is super friendly.

The staff is very helpful and kind from the front desk, to the valets, to housekeepers. Ideal location. Beautiful setting. Rooms and grounds are very well cared for.

This was the prefect stay for us. We had four rooms booked and 16 of us staying for a special birthday trip.The hotel staff could not have been better. The hotel has just had a refit and the rooms are excellent - a proper boutique hotel feel to them. The location couldn't be better for Santa Barbara - right on beach and pier, and just round the corner from all the amenities on state street. We really recommend Hotel Milo.
