Excellent hotel but way have the room rates tripled for same time next year?

Close to Lucas Oil stadium. Parking was confusing and expensive (cheaper and nicer across the street).

I really enjoyed my stay at Marriott Downtown. It was a quick walk to the Everwise amphitheater and Conners Kitchen was delicious!!

Staff was so friendly, safe area. Clean

For the making of people the hotel can hold the elevators were not adequate.

Beautiful and updated

Pros: prime location downtown close to everything, quick check-in/out process, the staff is very friendly, and everything was clean. Cons: parking isn't free, several of the elevators were not working the night we stayed which caused a LOT of delays, and I thought the spring mattress was uncomfortable. Overall, I was a little disappointed and likely won't revisit this location.

My son and I enjoyed our stay here overall. Beautiful lobby, and clean rooms.

Informed hotel that I’d be arriving at 5:30a after taking the red eye from California (paid for the previous evening to ensure I would have a room). When I tried checking in at 5:30a, hotel’s system was down and I could not check in. Took 1.5 hours until system was up and I could check in. I needed the room immediately as I was exhausted. I was told that my room for the previous evening would be comped since I couldn’t immediately check in. Unfortunately, I was charged for the room and when I had Hotels.com call the hotel to have the room credited back to my credit card, the hotel wouldn’t do it.
