I didn’t like that the entire hotel smells like disinfectant and cannabis!!! The sheets were stained and the towels felt like sandpaper. A lot of unhoused folks around the property. No worth the $$ We couldn’t find any where else in the vicinity to stay.

I love the fact that each room is like a little studio apartment and you have a big refrigerator with the convenience of a sink and stove if you need it. The rooms are very spacious. They could use a little help with their cleaning, especially the floors.

The room was not up to par. The toilet was broken. People walking around and smoking in there rooms.

Infested with cockroaches crawling around the room, called front desk and was told they’ll let management know.

Very nice

I was a little bit skeptical at first because of all the bad reviews the hotel got in the past but I have to say it was clean. It was quiet. The staff were very pleasant and besides not having a pool I would go there again when I want to be in Zen mode and just do me and relax cuz it's definitely a good environment for that. I give him five stars

The TV did not work hotel staff was unable to fix until the next day and they said they could not give me a discount because I used Hotels.com - I guess I should not use Hotels.com Will Hotels.com give me a discount?

Looks nothing like the pictures. I think they use this place as a placement for homeless ppl.

Quiet efficient

We were satisfied with the overall stay, we were very disappointed that they advertised breakfast, and there was no such thing. Breakfast consisted of coffee or tea and muffins.

Hotel service sucked room had bugs told the front desk guy Daquan he kindvof ignored me. Asked for refund he said i will get it in 3 to 5 days it was like 10 days no redund had to get my bank involved

Terrible stay. Cockroaches everywhere and then I notified management. They moved me to a new room which looked like it had a leak in it, and the paint was falling off from the ceiling. Then they moved to me to another room and that didn’t help at all I asked for a partial refund and they said to call someone. absolutely disgusting.

Lobby smells like mamajuana and cigarettes. Seems like a hotel for homeless that the town pays for them to stay. I respect that but the hotel is disgusting. Property is disgusting. I would never stay again and prefer to pay significantly more to stay elsewhere
