Economical, rooms were spacious enough, comfortable beds, breakfast was excellent, staff helpful and friendly. There should be shower mats or grab bars to avoid slipping.

Great hotel and great location, noisy though as it's on a main road. The first day we arrived the bin in the bathroom wasn't emptied from previous occupiers. Staff are friendly. Shower is leaking to the rest of the bathroom just like any other hotel in Istanbul. Reviewer is From the UK.

The people in the reception were all helpful especially Nuraldin and Izzat. The service was good and the hotel is clean. The breakfast is somewhat rich and the people there are quite helpful and it is good to have hot milk as well! Though I believe they need to change the doors in the bathrooms - They are made of glass and do not offer privacy. Except that everything was very good.

Location is excellent. Good breakfast. Room slightly on the small side. Pleasant and helpful staff.

The hotel location was well suited. It was easy access from the main road and a walking distance to the Istanbul Metro. The Grand Bazaar and Sultan Ahmet a good liesurely 20 min walk from the hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 10pm and were greeted by a very friendly bell boy and a very polite and friendly receptionist, Mr Nurdin.The hotel staff were all very friendly and caring. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable.The breakfast was nice and traditional. However I would recommend a continental menu be added to the breakfast. Overall a very pleasant, warm and comfortable stay at the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to visitors to Istanbul.
