The Man staff in reception call Be…son is not polite and not helpfull. I order for non smoking room, but my room and my floor smell bad. Smell somebody smoking

Stayed here for 1 night, the room was quite nice and spacious and there was a water dispenser near the elevator which was very helpful because in Hong Kong drinking water is known to be quite expensive.

Besttt value for money. Imagine you are staying in a very spacious room, completed with 2 queen beds, bath tub, and all amenities you can get for free. They even provide a free flow of drinking water from the dispenser. The best accommodation in Hong Kong with a very affordable price.

Very nice front receptionist lady Ms. May, for allowing us to check in early, thank you so much! The room size for the hotel is big and modern for Hongkong standard, within walking distance to bus stop and MRT station

The hotel was very good, but there were no power outlets in the lobby. To charge my phone, I had to pay, which I accepted, but for some reason that day, I couldn’t even rent a power bank

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and big enough for 3 adults and 2 children.

The room smelled and was very small, not as described. There was a tax that was notified beforehand, the mattress was hard, and I definitely won't be returning.

It was easy to check in and the place is near to the MTR and other restaurants. The room also fit my family, it was nice and comfortable, the AC is cold, and the shower has hot water. Everything was good, will sure come back again when we go to Hongkong.

Staying at Regal Oriental Hotel is quite pleasant. Strategic location. Close to bus stops, Sung Wong Toi MTR station and Kowloon City

Close to the bus station, nice room, and the receptionists can speak English.
