Clean and tidy pleasant staff .only minor food in reasturant could be warmer by the time you picked from buffet and got to table food was going cold

Clean, helpful staff, minimalist, quiet and a pleasant walk to beach.

We were quite disappointed as we drove out of our way to stay in this well priced and highly rated hotel. It was a hotel for the night. The room was incredible uncomfortable. The bed rock hard. One tiny desk bolted to the floor and a wire mess chair that was uncomfortable. The room smelled intermittently of sewage and chlorine. The walls allowed us to hear people coughing and balcony doors opening. The non bedroom part of the room was fine. Closet had more than adequate space if you wanted to unpack. Bathroom counter adequate in size. One sliding glass door that covered either the toilet stall or shower a little odd but workable. Breakfast buffet had a large variety of offerings. But hot items were not.

We stayed in one of their Superior Double Room, Partial Sea View rooms You can see the toilet from the bed. The door to the toilet is glass and is only frosted in the middle. If someone is sitting on the toilet and you're in bed, you can see them - even w/ the door closed (it doesn't close all the way) The shower and toilet are in two separate rooms. They share one sliding door. You can only close the door in one of these two rooms at a time. Why? The hotel advertises a parking lot - but they don't tell you that you need to reserve it in advance. There is NO parking in roses. I'll just say that again - there is NO parking in Roses. it's so so busy so plan ahead. The elevators are weird. There's only two and they each have their own operating buttons. Everyone hits both buttons to get whichever elevator arrives quicker. That means that you'll constantly be stopping on floors with no-one there. We stayed on 8th floor. On one occasion, we stopped at six floors on the way down - with no one getting on or off. Ridiculous. This is petty, but the TV in the room is probably the smallest Television that is sold to human beings. I never write reviews, but the hotel was just so far off what they advertise, I felt compelled too. It's a solid 5 out of 10

Loved the sea view from superior room. Room quite Spartan for a 4 star, no cushions, no art on walls, no colour at all just stark white. No issues getting a sunbed. Breakfast fine, loads of choice. Loved the walk down to town on the prom but taxis to get back were expensive ie 13 euro for approx a mile. There is a bus the L1 which we only found on last day, an information folder in the rooms with this sort of info would have been useful

Lovely place in Rosas with a great breakfast and great views. Perfect place to explore la costa Brava. The hotel was clean and near the beach and dining areas. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Es un buen hotel, al parecer acaba de ser remodelado y aún le faltan cosas para hacerlo más lindo y acogedor. El desayuno buffet muy completo y muchas opciones para comer en los alrededores de la propiedad. No tiene parqueadero, nosotros llegamos en baja temporada y pudimos estacionar en la calle sin problema aunque no habían muchos espacios disponibles.

Very clean, close to everything. We had a great stay. Only thing missing was coffee service in room. Impossible to find parking on weekends in summer months, book ahead!

Pour notre 3eme séjour dans cet établissement, nous sommes toujours pleinement satisfaits.

Personnel très gentil et agréable. Chambre sympa et propre, grande douche Bémol : pas de parking, galère pour se garer. Avons été obligés d'aller mettre la voiture dans un parking d'un autre hôtel de la même enseigne à 10 minutes à pied pour 10 euros par jour. Autre bémol, le buffet du dîner : toujours la même chose à quelques exceptions près ! On a mangé mais pas régalé ! Par contre, buffet bien garni pour le petit-déjeuner. Wifi moyen au 4eme étage

Manque de rangement dans la salle de bain et pas et les coussins sont trop plats et durs

Das Hotel ist zu empfehlen es ist sauber und befindet sich in einer guten Lage. Wer mit dem Wagen anreist muss sich darauf einstellen nicht immer einen Parkplatz zu finden.

Schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage, Essen war Gut und ausreichend vorhanden. Preisleistung passt.

Chambres petites si lits simples et étroites. Le bureau/coin cafe est juste devant les toilettes et a moitie dans la sdb. Pas de table de nuit. Chambre 3 pers avec 2 lits (sauf si resa pour 3) Chambre 8e avec vue mer (la mer est tres loin et sur le cote, apres le canal (se pencher pour la voir), chambre double sont assez grande (mais pas 25m2). Le pdj est normal (pancakes et churros) pas bons. Personnel reception et restaurant sympa et partie piscine tres agreable mais je ne dirais pas que c est un quatre etoiles. Coffre fort sans serrure

Piacevole soggiorno. Hotel pulito e ben organizzato. Il buffet è ampio con parecchie scelte e il cibo complessivamente buono. Personale gentile e efficiente. Stanze e aree comuni pulite. Zona piscina carina. Direi nel complesso ottimo.

Parfait personnel très respectueux il nous manquer rien pension complète avec buffet qui change tout les jours

Tout est parfait sauf l’eau de la piscine trop froide, nous n’avons pas pu nous baigner…

Séjour en demi-pension pour nos 45 ans de mariage inoubliable. Buffets copieux et variés, personnel à l'écoute, souriant. Hôtel très classe et bien situé. Chambre avec une bonne literie, belle terrasse avec vue sur petite marina et mer au loin.

Franchement cetait genial confort le personnel le calme animation le bufet tout est ok
