Stair railings unsteady, need repair. Advert said there would be a hair dryer in the room (there wasn't).

On my last night staying there, i had i think yhe owners daughter and a young man start knocking on my door at 8:30 at night. Telling me that I wasn't supposed to be there yet I showed them a key that had gotten from them the night before. She looked in her phone/ computer and said, oh, we refunded your money yet. No, they didn't. They had it already taken it out of my credit card. I had made reservations for Friday night and Saturday night, the morningstaff said I did not turn in my key or check out which I wasn't supposed to. Why should I check out of a hotel when I've already paid for it? The next day, Sunday I checked out gave them the key and went to another hotel that was more pleasant. The drawers in the room would not stay shut. They were ajar, you shut the drawers and they would just pop right back open.

good water flow, plenty hot water, good staff

I get a a room every week for the last two months and never has the ac worked right the motors in then make loud noises so it’s hard to sleep I work nights and there very loud. This week I was checked into a room that had a big water leak from the ceiling and big puddle all over the floor

The room was not clean, curtains were pocked with holes, noisy until after 2 am, no room services were performed, front desk was notified on arrival that we had to leave one day early and no refund was received by Econo Lodge or Expedia (Expedia was notified on return from Reno - no computer access) We will not ever stay in another Econo Lodge, nor will we recommend it to anyone.

Dirty room, broken knight stand, air conditioner did not work properly. A huge dint in the floor that made me trip

Easy to get to. The parking is not good at this property. If you have a full size truck it is hard to park.

The worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. The place is a dump the staff are rude and treated me and my family horribly. I requested to extend my stay and was told as long as I came to the office before 1130 I could keep the room. I arrived at 1115 and was told that the room was already rented and if I wanted to get another room to return at 3 pm I explained the arrangement I had with the manager

The room was very dirty. Peanuts on the floor, some dried white substance on the bed skirt of the bed, and small holes in the bed sheet. We always check for bed bugs in the mattress, and found very dirty stained mattresses. We walked right out and didn’t stay.

I got a non smoking 2 queen bed room and the moment I stepped it, it smelled so bad. Just managed to survive the night and the next day realized even the water is so bad, literally their water was smelling bad! Pathetic place tbh

No hot water and shower valve was broken. Clean room and nice people but horrible facility
