Spent my wife's birthday in Miami and we are happy to have decided to stay at The Betsy Hotel. Accessible to most points of interest and a lot of places to choose from for restaurants. The hotel is very aesthetic and very homey which we really really liked. But what made our stay really enjoyable and memorable are the staff at the Betsy all very pleasant and helpful and always smiling to all the guests and checks in if everyone are having their best time. Special shout out to Fritz our guy! Very helpful amiable and always smiling. If you are looking for home when in South Beach Miami, make sure to stay at Betsy. PS the food at their restaurant LT is the bomb!!!! Everything is divine and value for money plus you get to experience the exceptional service of the LT restaurant staff. We will definitely go back.

Great location and timelessly elegant stay experience. Love the live piano in the evenings.

The Art Collection in the hotel was excellent. Lindsay gave us a private tour and was very passionate about the subjects. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The live music in the lobby featured local artists.

Rooms were small but overall nice place to stay.

Lacking staff on the rooftop pool, didn’t like the fact that the beach didn’t have food and beverages service, that’s the only downside about this hotel

We love the restaurants. Requested a couple of items from front desk and they did not accommodate. Also, shower with half glass stall is terrible.

The Betsy is situated on a quieter area of South Beach, Miami. You can walk everywhere, the hotel is beautiful, 2 swimming pools, decorated in Colonial style with added touches of luxury. The staff are amazing. The hotel has its own section on south beach though we preferred the rooftop pool area. Musical entertainment in the evening and so much going on around the hotel outside
