Staff and location are great. However the bed is not as comfortable as expected.

Room was decent and clean, however was very hot. Turned the heat down but the room still remained very hot all night. Also not nearly enough parking available, was full when we arrived and we had to pay for street parking at $7/hour which added up very quickly.

Great staff, fantastic location. Hotel is a little dated and hot tubs were not working properly which was disappointing as it was part of why we booked this specific hotel. But overall good stay.

Great location and services

I always stay at the Mount Royal when I visit Banff. The staff are great and the location is perfect — close to everything. The only downside is that the hot tub could use an update, as the jets are very loud and sound like they might be broken. Otherwise, it’s a great place to stay.

everything is good, acceptable. but you can't ask for a hot hotub, hot water for the shower come 2 out of 3 times, and the staff can't help you for this even we asked twise

Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. The Brazen restaurant had a delicious breakfast! Location was in the heart of Banff and within walking distance to shops and restaurants.
