Just as expected

Unclean bathroom, shower had wet dirt in bathtub, hallway wet smell.

Clean dewat atmosphere

Clean hotek witha lot of food options nearby.

They do a good breakfast, plenty of choices.

I expected free breakfast but not so and what I could buy there looked not anything I wanted, like oa5meal or a nice danish. They had dry looking bagels and muffins. Ugh.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The only negative thing I can report was the cleanliness of the room. There were cobwebs hanging on the wall and the carpeting had a huge stain at the entrance, as well as stains on the couch and extra blanket.

Easy check-in and parking. Facility felt a little tired but otherwise ok.

Love Springhill Suites due to No Pet Policy! Very clean! The TV does need to be in a better area to view better!

Staff was lovely. Facilities were satisfactory. Ths shkwer did not drain and had a large crack down the side. The air conditioner worked fantastic. Breakfast area needs a major upgrade. The staff is the only thing that made the stay enjoyable.

Very clean and well maintained. Free breakfast was much better than most places.

The woman who helped check us in was AMAZING! She was so kind to my family she put together extra bedding for my kids she joked around with all of us she just made our first impression of your hotel awesome. Even my kids commented about how nice she was it was the most welcoming check in I've ever experienced! Please tell her thank you from us =)

I was in town for a family emergency. My mother was in the ICU at the hospital that is so very very close to this hotel. All the way from the front desk to the room to the pool to the breakfast provided and the cleanliness of the overall place to the social atmosphere that seems so welcoming with all the other guests living their lives in the lobby and the patio area our experience was amazing. Especially dealing with what I was dealing with. Every single member of the front desk that we had interactions with during our 5 days stay was compassionate and empathetic and seemed that they literally would have followed through with their words that if there was anything they could do to help us but they would.

The staff was fantastic, however the room had cobwebs in the corners and there was p Used plastic ( black) silverware on the floor in front of the heater. Kind of plain site. They had coffee all the time ( very good). The front desk personally was very helpful and accommodating.
