They did not keep coffee available. We had done a lot of driving from KY for my sons graduation at Ft Jackson and had to be up and out at 6 am for his graduation and there wasnt any coffee available. The room had a keurig coffee maker but it didn't work properly. We had to face the early morning without coffee.

Was not impressed with the cleanliness of the common areas, hallways, and elevator areas. Always was in need of a good mopping in our three day seat. Parking lot area needs to be repaired and repaved.

Staff is super friendly and very accommodating. We have stayed before and will stay again; however, this time our room smelled so strongly of dog/pet odor, it made us not want to be in the room longer than needed. Bathroom could really use an updating as its condition makes it look unclean.

Was in town for family weekend and after a very bad experience at another hotel this location made me feel safe . Thank you

I appreciated the ease with which we were able to check in; everything went fast and smooth. Parking was convenient and the staff were all welcoming, kind, and friendly.The internet was easy to connect to and fairly reliable. The location was close to many things but also very busy. The breakfast offered a nice range of options and helped us get the day started. I would not mind staying here again.

Walls were thin, room somewhat noisy. A/C worked very well, even a unit in the hallway made it very pleasant just walking to the room. The usual hot breakfast was adequate

Overall a great stay. Had a minor issue with first room, but was moved quickly, without fuss. Slept very well, plus the coffee and breakfast were excellent.

Hotel was in great location easy access to all life amenities, would recommend stay. FYI local Fazolis restaurant is terrible.

Short stay 1 night but everything was good

The wait time was a little problem but I was in quickly and out.

I was able to get early check in when I arrived with no problem. I was greeted with a smile right away Looking forward to staying the next time I travel to this area.

Decent hotel, not the best location. Room smelt musty. It was quiet though.

Everything with the hotel was good. If I had anything bad to say, it would be it smelly musty and the street to get there needed work.

There was construction on the parking lot so it was a bit messy. I guess being close to the mall was an attraction to some motorcycles to pop wheelies, be especially noisy one night. Great breakfast, nice fitness area.

It was a quick but very pleasant stay! We would definitely stay here again!
