Staff are very attentive and helpful

An excellent hotel very close to Stazione Torino Porta Nuova. Great facilities and helpful staff. As a solo female traveller I would highly rate Hotel Urbani.

A pleasant hotel very close to Torino Centrale station and an easy walk to the main attractions of the city. Very personable, helpful staff. Room was pretty small but comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean but needed an upgrade, especially the shower are where the sealant and grouting need replacement. Good breakfast in a nice dining space.

Cannot complain considering the price. Nice but small rooms, clean. Reserved parking space outside was very convenient. The area around the hotel (specifically the train station) did not feel safe for a woman to walk alone at night. Besides this it is a quiet area close to attractions, restaurants and shopping.

Excellent location and modern facilities. Great shower and good breakfast. Really comfy bed.

Easy to find. Close to central train station. Friendly staffs and helpful. Clean room and roomy (compare to other hotel in Europe).

Lovely little hotel in San Salvario. Rooms on the internal courtyard are very quiet and peaceful (I don’t know about street side but the street is fairly quiet). Close to Porta Nuova and restaurants and bars of San Salvario are only a few minutes stroll and centro area is only a couple of extra minutes

A/C helped keep the room cool

Staff were excellent, location perfect because we travel in Italy always by train, including meals which were reasonably priced and excellent.

This hotel is in walking distance to the train station, metro, bus stops, the historic district, shopping and restaurants. The staff was very helpful with speaking in English. My room was very comfortable. The bed was two twins pushed together with a queen topper on it. I didn't mind this being that I'm a small person. The bathroom was bright with white tile on the walls and floor. The shower was a glass enclosed corner shower. I would stay here again when in Torino Italy
