Lousy room overlooking roof. Requested another room but stated that is what you get with third party reservations. For now on I am calling Hotel directly

Reserved a handicap room with tub We got roll in shower but that was not the request We made do and had a pleasant stay.

My daughter competes in sporting events in this area quite a bit. We have tried many hotels in this area and so far this Holiday Inn Express has been the best. Extremely clean and quiet with a good breakfast selection. The staff was friendly and helpful and there was plenty of easily accessible free parking. Will definitely stay here again if available.

Great staff. Very helpful and met all of our needs including recommendations for restaurants. Breakfast was very good and we did use the pool and hot tub which were clean and with plenty of towels.

Nice, clean, comfortable bed. Jacuzzi was way too hot for anyone to get in (we observed several other guests try, and immediately get back out). Overall a pleasant stay.

The stay was good. I did notice one curtain needs to be replaced as the bottom is torn up and almost falling off; also the toilet lid should be replaced because it is getting old and scratched. Other than that, the room was nice, clean, and the other visitors quiet.

Excellent place to stay. Breakfast was good and room was clean and comfortable.

There was fleas, hair in the bed and in shower still. Other than that didn’t try breakfast or pool so can’t review that.

Good stay

Easy to get to from the highway and had good parking for my car and trailer. The front desk lady was very knowledgeable about Walla Walla and also very efficient. The breakfast was very good, the room was clean and the AC worked well (it was hot that day!)
