Only reason to stay is for airport access. Menu is limited and average quality. Pool service poor , no ingredients. Front desk very helpful.

Great place to rest before your international trip.

Most hotels are very much the same type of structure rooms and facilities so the difference is made by the staff and this hotel has the staff that make such a great difference from the moment we arrived and greeted by Muriel to the moment we left the staff made us feel appreciated.

It was my first time in this hotel. Staffs are good but not attentive. Kind of bad setting breakfast. Not a great one for the price

Great hotels are made by great staff and the Pullman certainly have great staff nothing is too much and you feel at home and appreciated from the moment you arrive

Great hotel to stay over for flight. Excellent bar and restaurant. Very convenient to GRU. Staff spoke English well. Just be prepared that there is nothing around the hotel. Shuttle to airport was nice

My family and I always stay at the Pullman whenever we have connection flights at Guarulhos International Airport. For us, it is always the best option and they are pet friendly.

Check-in was slow.. had to demand cleaning service several times before I actually got it.. receptionists were helpful & friendly.. porters too.. it was so convenient to be there as I had few trips during my stay…

I was only here overnight to sleep and enjoy the breakfast buffet. It was clean, quiet and comfortable.

Every member of staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Check in was easy (key card didnt work but these things happen). Evening buffet was extensive and worth the money Perfect stay for 1night before i continue my journey

Free happy hour in the VIP lounge if you stay in one of their nicer rooms! The rooms are clean, the shower is awesome, the tub is great, the wifi is fast. Food is great!
