There were some inconvenience, several time someones else tried open my safe box without my concert,When I report the issued to the manager ,the manager said ( if i wasent happy in the hotel fell free to go), that's a violation to my privacy

O serviço é eficiente e rápido. O café da manhã tem uma variedade boa de opções. A localização é muito conveniente. Recomendo muito.

Clean Good breakfast

Good place but parking very small

Staff did everything to be helpful and make me comfortable. They called local stores for me, to check if items were available. They took *lots* of phone messages for me. They gave directions and called cabs. Breakfast was varied, delicious and abundant — lots of fruits, pastries, “salgados”, bacon and eggs. Also coffee in several forms — cappuccino and latte; hot chocolate and varieties of tea. I only used the pool once, but it was well-maintained — and I had it all to myself! The hotel is very conveniently located for shopping, restaurants and sightseeing. Prices are very reasonable.

Old hotel, old linens and towels

Provided staff that spoke English. Parking was provided without an additional cost; hotel staff delivered your car promptly when you asked. Breakfast buffet was very good. My room was oversized without costing extra. The staff were courteous and helpful. A buffet was provided for lunch at a reasonable price.

I went for a two day conference 2km away from the hotel and I had a pleasant stay! All employees were very kind!

I spent 3 days at this hotel during a business trip. The hotel is more than adequate for business purposes and is well located for access in and out of the city centre. The staff were great and always happy to assist. I would stay at the same hotel again.

Hotel incrivel em tudo, comonsou muito mediculosa so achei a arrumaacao dos quartos um.pouco mal feita, duante das carecteristas do Hotel, fora isso nota 10.

Já me hospedei várias vezes no hotel. Faziam uns 5 anos que não me hospedava, mas o atendimento continua sendo excelente. Pessoal muito atencioso e colaborativo. As instalações não são novas mas estão tendo manutenção pelo que pude observar. A chuveiro tem ótima ducha e a cama é confortável. O café da manhã de boa variedade e tem servido 24 h nos quartos. Tem bom custo benefício se você não estiver procurando luxo ou requinte.

Quarto bom e confortável. Ótima opção para casal com filhos. Recepção muito pequena. Não tem restaurante, bar e louge. Café da manhã bom, local pequeno. Tem um ótimo restaurante ao lado.
