We lost power, and stayed at this hotel we had previously stayed before. Was very disappointed how run down it has been. Needs major updating. Room stank of smoke even though it was smoke free. Our clothes reeked of smoke and mole? Mildew? Even kids said the bathtub looked ugly and wouldn’t shower there.

The front desk person was lackidaisical and seemed impatient. He was sitting in the lobby on his cellphone. Rhe bes was terrible. Felt like we were sleeping on rocks. We have stayed here before and enjoyed the stay. The place has seemingly gone downhill. Doubt we will stay here again.

The front desk staff is rude. They do not honor their word. I was told I would be refunded for one night because my flight was cancelled and I checked in a day late. But they won’t honor that. The staff is rude and when i was checking out there was roach on the curtain.

The hotel looked nothing like online. Our restroom had mold on the ceiling and overall was not satisfied

The rooms were In bad condition stains everywhere it needs a makeover very filthy and things were rusted

For the price this is OK, but room is dated showing ceiling repairs and some floor patch ups. No water in room or ice machine on floor where one maybe used to be. Staff was good and efficient and the best thing... has shuttle to DFW which was most important.

The hangers on the blinds were broken and light came through the windows, the bathroom was dirty. Also I recommend this hotel to a family member and the receptionist didn’t respect the reservation my friend already had, I don’t know the reason but if the reservation it’s made it needs to be respected. Also, I came late from our reunion and ready to go to bed, and my card key didn’t work. I went to the reception to get help and I have to wait for 30 minutes for the clerk to help me out, he was sleeping and didn’t get up until I keep calling the hotel phone number for several minutes before I get help. Terrible customer service.

Overall our stay was good. The breakfast offered was very good. Shout out to the hostess who kept the breakfast items well stocked. She is extremely competent and hard working. She kept her area of responsibility clean and well maintained.

Solid hotel

I loved the 12pm check out. Really helped since we were there for a basketball tournament. I loved the 10:30 breakfast and the different options. Everything was good fresh and hot. Overall 4.5 i would definitely stay there again if ever in the area.

always enjoy my stay here since I am very familiar with the area...breakfast is always delicious..however need some fruit...front desk is always helpful and smiling..wifi works..comfortable bed..just need to touch up the hotel with a little paint here and there

Bad breakfast

The room we stayed in was not maintained well. There was rust in thw tub and light fixtures. They spray painted the ceiling. The room phone was broken, told the front desk, was neveer fixed. Our room keys kept having to be re-done to open our room door. We stayed there for 6 nights.
