There was a BBQ party in the parking lot, people smoking in the hallways and homeless guy digging thru the trashes.

The rooms all have a smell to them that is not pleasant. Some stronger than others. Wait time for an individual to check in was quite long but once they arrived they were very kind and helpful. Good option for a quick stay near the freeway.

We found a baby cockroach climbing on the wall in our room (208) before we went to bed. Room next to us was loud, talking/laughing, banging. The walls felt paper thin. The whole place including the room had a horrible smell to it, like stale or old, it didn’t smell clean. The breakfast was not very appetizing. Not a great stay especially having a roach in the room. That’s not hygienic at all.

The room was clean and bed comfortable. Just what we needed for a one night stay. The breakfast was not that great..

Everything was fine and staff was helpful answering questions about restaurants.

The sink in the bathroom had pubic hairs. The carpet was stain and smelled like mildew. Breakfast ended at nine and by eight most of the food was gone very limited had to ask the front desk to replenish. I don’t recommend this place or would stay there again.

Outside of the property is in disarray. The carpets in the hallways are dirty and bubbling up from the floor. When I entered the room, it had a weird smell of almost like wetness. None of the plug-ins on the light fixtures worked. Due to this, I had to unplug the lamp and alarm clock to plug in my accessories. All of the lamps had different shades of light bulbs and the one next to the bed did not have a bulb in it. The bed was comfortable but all the pillows were different sizes or shapes. Breakfast was very small and coffee was not good. Not the normal La Quinta freshness or cleanliness that we are used too.

We stay at this La Quinta pretty consistently, and we will continue. It’s just unfortunate to see it’s gradual decline over the last couple of years.

I reserved a king suite and one was not available. The one chair in the room was broken and found that out after sitting in it. The TV only got 1 channel!! None of the outlets worked except in the bathroom. It smelled very strongly of bleach. The blankets had stains on them.

It was exactly as was shown in the website. color, clean, space and room. Just pretty satisfied with our stay, and the price.

Bed was really comfortable and air conditioner worked well. No hangers in closet had to request. No variety with breakfast. Same thing every day. Only had sausage patty and scrabbled egg patty, waffle cooker.
