The most amazing accommodations. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The room was impeccably, clean and comfortable with small bar set up and a microwave. Housekeeping service as requested. The rooftop restaurant/bar is beautiful. The street side restaurant is also awesome. So glad we stayed here.

Keelin and Katy were wonderfully welcoming at check-in and made sure I had everything I needed. The room was incredibly comfortable and well appointed.

From beginning to end, the staff is kind, helpful, and happy. They listen and are authentic. The room was amazing and equipped beautifully. The penthouse is awesome with iconic skylines and the menu is curated exquisitely and perfectly tasty. Thank you for caring for me so well.

New York City dozens of times in my life and stayed at many different places. This was my first time staying at The Kimberly I can honestly say I've never been to a place that fit my needs exactly, had such GREAT hospitality and customer service. Ralph treated us like we were family, answered all of our questions and even helped us out with transportation, food, options, and the best rooftop views. I plan on coming back a couple of times before the race over and I will be staying at the Kimberly. Thanks all and especially Ralph from Rob in Detroit

We love the Kimberly ..after a few years not traveling to NY we are back..we will always stay there. The courtesy and friendliness of the lobby and door staff is exceptional!

A beautiful, clean room. Perfectly located. The staff was outstanding. Maybe the friendliest, most helpful Hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The rooftop bar/restaurant was exceptional. We stayed in a king suite…tons of room. Highly recommend!

Loved the location of this hotel and the staff were excellent, concierge, bell hop, front staff. Beds were so comfortable and linens were luxurious. Would definitely stay here again on a trip to New York. We walked to Rockefeller Plaza and the subways and Grand Central were all walkable.

The service was that of a five star, 5 diamond hotel… from the check-in to the door men, and a special shout out to Ralph who took great care of us with everything from ice to water to anything we could think of. Also, the spaciousness of the rooms is unheard of elsewhere in the city, so nice to have a suite! I will definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect wonderful suite charming staff one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in on New York had a great dinner on the roof terrace thank you Kimberley hotel look forward to returning.
