No hot water :(

Older facility aging poorly. Peeling paint & ceiling stains in places. Worst is 1 elevator for their 6 story building & it was out of service for hours on Saturday! Front desk staff are not friendly & helpful. I don’t recommend it!

Chris (front desk) and Kase (run beach attendant) went above and beyond and were very helpful getting us situated and it was really good help

Clean and beautiful beach

first night no TV or phone in the room was out. Beds need to be relaced horrible room was very small also the bathroom. Not worth the money

Nate is a great bartender. As is Rachel. The beach facilities were clean and easy. The beach staff didn’t seem to be all there.

The hotel was hot inside, humid, musty smell. The elevator stopped working twice.The rugs in the hallway are lifted. I requested service and towels on the app and it wasn't sent up until I called front desk from the actual room phone. All the activities are mostly at Island Grand and noone specifies that. The staff doesn't know where stuff is unless they have a map. It rained and the hallways had water coming in from the roof. For the price I paid of $900 for the weekend plus hotel fees for the activities its not worth it.

My only negative remarks would be that I put in three service requests on the app for the TV to be fixed in my room and put in a request in person at the front desk, but nothing ever happened. My TV never got fixed.

have stayed here many times and the check in process is too long and then they have another staff member try to sell you vacation club timeshares or something i did not want to listen to after waiting over half hour in line. We requested our room to be refreshed 3 times before it got done (toilet paper, shampoo, towels) Also had a dead cockroach in room and front desk said they were native to the area- fine, but should not have a bug like that in a room anytime

I didn’t like it

The room was gross. My toilet didn't work for a majority of the stay. We came for my grandmas memorial was supposed to be a nice family stay. Instead we over paid for a POS hotel that barley had towels. The staff spoke no English . Our room was dirty. $400 deposit for a room that smelled like mold . Not a damn thing was worth $100 in that room.

Our toilet kept getting backed up, a long with all the rooms around us.

Liked the location. Disliked the bed mattress, noisy location of room (next to door), tv not working.

They charged us for parking when that was NEVER discussed up front.
