Lose tap fixture in bathroom

Our second time staying there and would stay again. Everything was just perfect .

En general estuvo bien. Lo unico que no me gustó fué el ruido por las mañanas.

The hotel is good however I hope there were more outlets to charge phones in the rooms for two persons. On Expedia instead of saying stay in Arganda, why not call a spade a spade “ stay at Sercotel AB Arganda. We drove around in circles.

Reasonable hotel with a nice restaurant attached for dinner and dog friendly. Breakfast was terrible and poor location.

Chose this hotel as we had a long journey and it stated there was a bar and restaurant on site. What it doesn’t say is that they are closed after lunch on Sunday!! Not happy. We would have gone elsewhere. The Reception were good. Bedroom quiet but very springy bed and hard pillows

a pleasant and friendly reception free parking inside a walled area a clean and decent sized room not a lot to see in the area around the hotel which is located in a largely commercial district

Very good experience in this hotel. Staff are always excellent, and facilities very good.

Nice stay again

The hotel is outside of Madrid center area.. on a side access road from main street which makes it a tiny bit inconvenient to get to. But it was clean and had a fabulous bathroom with a tub. Beds were a bit stiff not very comfortable. AC was great! Over all great for the price.

Well appointed, good location and staff excellent. Stayed here before and enjoyed stay just as much as before. Restaurant good also.
