O hotel está um pouco velho. Precisa de reforma. Por conta disso o custo benefício não foi positivo.

Ótima opção. Bem localizada no Itaim. Fácil acesso. Quarto amplo com banheiro adequado. Ótimo café da manhã. Escolhi esse hotel para ser minha referência em SP. Ficamos no quarto premium, recém reformado.

Horrível. Paredes parecem de papel,se escuta até o mosquito do quarto ao lado. Atendimento péssimo. Quarto fedido. Box entupido enchendo de agua enquanto toma banho. Café da manhã super bagunçado e profissionais despreparados. Fazem voce descer e subir a pé a rampa de carros para o estacionamento. Nao deixam vc descer e nem subir de elevador. O quarto de luxo fede a mofo! Recepcionista pegou meu numero de telefone e deu como senha numa entrega que eu nao autorizei. Enfim.. nunca mais!! não se hospedem..

Estadia muito confortável. Café da manhã é excelente!!!! A localização é muito interessante. Atendimento dos atendentes muito bom. Desta vez houve um pequeno equivoco do sistema que liberou acessibilidade a quarto já ocupado, porém, a camareira que estava no andar solucionou o problema, prontamente.

Honestly, this was such an amazing stay and felt like a sweet, memorable part of São Paulo! The location is central and close to so many incredible food spots, unique experiences, and great shopping. All the staff were so attentive and welcoming we felt safe and well taken care of the entire time. The restaurant and bar teams went above and beyond. Even though we don’t speak much Portuguese, they made it work and helped us in every way they could. William at the front desk was truly one of the highlights of our trip he gave us fantastic recommendations and was so friendly and charismatic. Honestly, we’d come back just for him alone! Whether you’re visiting with family or traveling solo, the Radisson Blu is something special. Highly recommend!

Amazing service and beautiful and ckean hotel

I like very much the area around the hotel . The breakfast had nice options . My room was big and was clean . My only big disappointment was that i wrote to the hotel before my arrival asking if i could do the check in before the 2 pm time if any room was available of course . After a 10 hours flight from the USA , I arrived at the hotel at 6:30 am and requested to check in a room when available . I went to the reception area several times to ask them and reminding them I was waiting . While in the lobby I saw many people checking out . Other clients got their room before me . When i pointed about that they said they were in a different room category from me. I was the first to arrive at the hotel . By 12:30 after 6 hours waiting I had it ( check out is a 12:00), half a hour is more than enough to clean a room . When I finally ask to get a room or speak with a manager they gave me the room . I know check in is at 2 pm but if there was an empty room I expected them to ask the housecleaning people to clean it so they could please a costumer . I did not see any urgency in their attempts. That was very very disappointing to me . May be is because I booked with Expedia and the price was better . But I booked in the USA and I looked at hotels in Expedia and I saw their hotel otherwise I would not know about them . Sometimes it is important to attract clients to keep them . Very disappointed in that aspect .

Very dirty and outdated bathroom

A estadia foi muito boa, porém avisei 03 vezes que o hidratante havía terminado e gostaría que repusesse, mas não fui atendida. Como também acabou o sabonete líquido do box. No mais, tudo perfeito.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, próximo a ótimos restaurantes e bares, numa área surpreendentemente silenciosa da Faria Lima. O quarto merece renovação, mas não deixa de ser confortável. A TV é nova e muito boa, mas a internet não ajudou e passei a maior parte da minha estadia sem conseguir usar o YouTube. O chuveiro é um dos melhores que já tive o prazer de usar nas minhas viagens. O atendimento é sensacional, todos os funcionários são maravilhosos e atenciosos, inclusive o pessoal do café-da-manhã e do bar. Enfim, adoramos o hotel, espero apenas que ele sofra um facelift e cuide melhor do wifi.
