Multiple restaurant were temporarily closed. The regual restaurant were not olen daily which was kisted no where in the webisttez. There wa s roodtop bsr we specially booke doreferred club for thst did mot exist naymore. Very disappointed in the lack of accuracy on website as to what was really available and what wasnt

We (fam of 4 plus Mom) just got back. Minor issues phone not working ect. They are attentive. Might take a day, but they are a "make it right" property. We did not do the excusions this time around. With it being fall you were guaranteed about 3 hours of rain mid day. However, numbers were fantastic at dinner. Zero wait, plenty of space at the pools. Food was excellent! Preferred is the way to go. Gets you into the preferred pool which is a quieter environment. Lots of activities at the main pool as well. We dove into what was offered. Magic show, karaoke, and the fire show was our favorite. This resort is nestled in this neat marina town. We walked a good amount and rented a golf cart. Resort was great! This was our first with Hyatt. Would totally go back. Staff was outstanding. 10/10 Get the family room. The two beds on the one side are DOUBLES. If your kids are big kids, plan accordingly.

Have more dining options late night but great overall.

Great property, five star hospitality & restaurants. It can use a bit more of day/night life entertainment.

What I specifically liked the most was how accommodating everyone was for my wife and I. We were on our honeymoon and everyone genuinely seemed happy to be a part of the Dreams Adventura team and treated us with such kindness and respect. On several occasions, several staff members went above and beyond to help us and make us feel welcomed. I would like to give a big thank you to Amelio, he made this trip feel extra special for us and made sure he took any matter into his own hands personally to accommodate my wife and I. Alan at the front who helped with our luggage and helped with our vehicle was excellent as well. We’re grateful that we spent our honeymoon here, it really couldn’t have been a better experience. Thank you!

Jaziel and angel were the best servers we had the entire trip. Jaziel took care of us during our stay made all our drinks and was very helpful to celebrate my daughter’s birthday . He was amazing . Angel was a great server at there Italian restaurant and he was very attentive and a great server . He made the whole experience very fun . Staff was very polite and respectful , they made the hotel so much better , staff was amazing . Super clean and super attentive and polite

Loved the resort inside a little town!

Food was sub-par and my room smelled like mildew. Rooms are nice and big just smelly. The stocked bar is not really true. You only refill the soda/waters and not the liquor. The staff is amazing and so nice!!
