Nice location, good breakfast, and it was quiet. Bathroom has a good hairdryer. Parking is paid 35 BR every 12hs.

Pros: Bed was nice and it was quiet. Air conditioned. Close to many walkable restaurants and bars. Safe area. Cons: Wifi didn’t work on the floor we were on. TV couldn’t change channels. Staff wasn’t overly welcoming and one member had a bad attitude. Our key cards to our room stopped working twice. Elevators are a bit sketchy. Old building. Not recommended for those with dust allergies.

Great place to stay very comfortable and safe area to walk and shopping around. The service on this hotel was great and we pass our vacations every year here and definitely we will continue going to this hotel.

A pleasant hotel, which has some 1980s charm. Well maintained, despite its age, and in a good location, close to Pinheiros, Vila Madalena, and Faria Lima.

Really overpriced for the average quality of the hotel... I had amazing Pousadas during two weeks in Brazil for 1/6th of the price. And this last day in Sao Paulo, I paid 6 times more for this hotel for way lower quality. The room wasn't ready when they gave it to me and they had to do some extra repair. Parking was tiny, and overpriced (there is a cheaper parking just next door with less constraints), breakfast, was basic, so not worth the high price of the hotel, and generally the hotel feels like it didn't get renovated for ages...

Hotel is very old and outdated. All of our towels and toilet paper were wrapped in plastic, which is not at all environmentally friendly and extremely wasteful. When we arrived our bathroom window was wide open and there were mosquitos in our room.

The hotel is very well located and has all the needed services. The staff is very kind. Only the gym is very small. Also, the price is very convenient.
