It was the perfect location for our stay to visit Niagara. Unfortunately our first room looked out on to a very noisy pub/nightclub and we asked to be moved as we were very tired from travelling. The next room was an upgrade and was quieter so we appreciated the staffs efforts in sorting this out for us.

Older hotel, clean, walking distance to Clifton Hill. Our AC kept shutting off but we dealt with it, too tired to make a complaint. Good price.

This was an excellent home base to be able to walk to everything we wanted to see! Comfortable room and overall pleased for the price.

The location is less than a block from Clifton Hill and Niagara attractions, including the WEGO bus. Hotel staff was attentive and welcoming. Rooms are not updated, but clean, spacious, and perfect for a family or travel group of 5+ with a sofa bed, fridge and microwave in-suite. Would reccomend and stay again.

Great stay, rooms could use a bit of an update.. but overall cannot complain.. quite nice staff and clean! Very short distance from Clifton hill. Will be staying again 9/10

For the price it was not bad at all, it could have been a bit cleaner, some walls were a bit dinghy and yellowish and the cupboards had finger prints,definitely showed it wasn't wiped off. If you don't like a super soft mattress you might not like the bed but it was comfy for me. The ac unit was a bit noisy but we were so tired it didn't bother us after we were knocked out. The bathroom water pressure is out of this world, I'm not sure if it's because we were in the 1st floor but that was great. I believe breakfast was freshly made but we didn't have any because we slept a little late and had plans of doing other touristy things before we left. It's about 2 short blocks from all the activities, you can see it from their parking lot and a 15 minute walk to the falls, so extremely walkable. The staff is nice and friendly.

The staff were wonderful! Their customer service went above and beyond our expectations. After we checked in, they even followed up with a call to ensure everything was going well, which we really appreciated.
