Our flights delayed the trip a day. The staff was kind enough to work with us throughout the hassle, refunding us the lost day and had no issue helping us extend our stay by one day. Highly recommend.

We stayed 4 nights. Our room was very clean. Maid service was wonderful. Staff very friendly and helpful. Workout room needs work. Recumbent bike and stair climber not working. Other that that, this Best Western Plus was great.

They need juices for breakfast. Not lemonade.

Each member of the staff was very helpful, patient and knowledgeble. the room was super nice. The dog walking area was not great. It was very small.

We loved the spacious very clean room. Kudos to housekeeping. You do a fantastic job. I am a germaphobe and there wasn't anything that made me cringe. The desk clerk promised me that even though you take animals that your rooms are thoroughly clean. She was so right. I couldn't tell if there had been animal or human in that room before us. No inhaler needed for this room for sure. Thank you it was a wonderful stay.

Location: near downtown, restaurants, and to main roads was convenient, but left turn across major road was tough at times. Rooms: spacious and clean. Breakfast was often cold eggs and other hot items.

Nice inviting place. Clean nicely landscaped entrance. The lobby was also clean and organized. Very quite and comfortable room.

Amazing! Had free Electric Vehicle charging that worked! Coin-op laundry machines ditto. Free coffee drinks from machine at all hours. Quiet room. Friendly staff.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Room and property was clean and well taken care of.

Clean hotel, was a good location for our party of 5 to go north to Whitefish and south to an event.

Everything was great except they put us in a room right next door to the breakfast area and that made things really noisy starting at 6am.

Property well maintained, convenient to surrounding activities, and parking space was adequate.
