The hotel is about a 5 min walk from the transport services. We got the 42 from the airport to Sandnes bus station and the hotel is visible from there. The train to Stavanger is also in the bus area too so this made going out for the day really easy to navigate. We were on the top floor with some good landscape views. Breakfast was nice enough and plenty of bits to choose from

Great location, easy self service late check-in (arrived at 1am). I was able to arrange bag storage for the afternoon whilst exploring Sandnes. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Perfect for my overnight stay.

The hotel was OK. It's an older building with some modern updates. Our room had no apparent heating or cooling and got quite stuffy.

Awful service! The email with my entry code they sent day after we left. If if weren’t for a kind person helping me with his phone I would still be without a room. The room itself was okay clean, but paper thin walls made for a loud night. I wish I could get my money back.

Touting itself as the only self-service hotel in town, the concept is a fail. First we were locked out of the building. They had sent us a code in Norwegian, and we didn’t realize what it was. When using self registration, we were billed for the night, even though we had prepaid via Expedia. We emailed the off site person and after 5 email exchanges we got some of the issues worked out. I will never use a self-service model again (this fact was not readily apparent on Expedia when booking). This really makes me appreciate all the hard working hotel staff at normal hotels.

Since nobody is on the reception desk full time ( strange practise for a hotel ) before and at my arrival, everthing was automatic with pass codes and computer imputs required. An awfull experience to endure after a long flight and so impersonel. What happened to the old practise of customer service ? Its rather like doing self check out at Tescos. To top it all I was given a damp smelling room and had to get that changed. Never again, which is sad as the staff on the morning shift were very pleasent.

This is a self service hotel. Nobody to ask questions, and we had several. I don’t think this model works. Go back to hotel school, and rethink this model.

I did not realize that this hotel has no reception. The hotel did not provide the clear instruction on how to get in the building and how to get the room keycard. I did not receive the code entering the building, waited outside longtime until someone came out from the building.
