Hotel was nice but nothing spectacular. Called the number to get room service and it was not operational. Had to walk down to order the food.

Helpful staff. Clean rooms. Nice pool area.

Ants in the bathroom.

There were huge wet stains on the beds. They did change us to different rooms, but we had to move all of our stuff late at night.

I was not impressed with the location. It was too "city like" for my taste.

Old outdated rooms. They gave us a "Classic room" and really was classic. Small, hardly space arround the bed. No coffeemaker or water cooker, as you usually have in a Sercotel and expect nowadays for the tariff they charge.

Twas good

It was nice to be able to stay at a hotel that accepted our cats (we just moved to Spain and needed a place to spend the night before we moved on to our final destination). Breakfast was good, though considering the cost of the room it should have been included.

Excellent location, Plenilunio mall, Hipercor and Atletico Madrid stadium are literally 5 minutes away by car. Good place to stay.

Nice big, warm rooms. Nice view over gardens, pools, houses, moon, mountains and part of the city. Tasty gluten free bread. Friendly people in breakfast place. Tasty fruits. Fresh squeezed orange juice from machine.

All around great hotel with friendly staff! Right next to a metro station and a couple cute cafes.

The hotel was barely two blocks from the Metro line. Very convenient to getting to the center of town or any place else we wanted. There is no longer an airport shuttle but it was a very quick, inexpensive Uber ride from the airport. We especially liked the breakfast buffet. What it lacked in variety it made up for in quality and quantity. The staff is always helpful.

Nice, clean hotel did the job, but didn’t give double beds like we booked and gave twins instead. Also only some rooms had AC and ours didn’t. But overall a nice clean hotel with a good surrounding area.

Great property overall, close to everything especially airport. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly.

Ok simple hotel close to airport and transport links but is 40 mins by underground to Center of town.

The surrounding area didn't have much going for it, but the hotel was clean and comfortable, the breakfast buffet was great, and the pool was fabulous. Handy to IFEMA if you have a car, and close to a metro station for travelling to more touristy locations.
