Clean rooms, new appliances, kitchen had all utensils and appliances for a quick breakfast. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable, so don’t take that option. Toilet flush wasn’t working well.

This is a well located hotel/appartment. The airport bus stops almost outside the front door. It’s very close to China town and the metro

The room, especially bathroom, could use a refresh but great value for the money. Highly recommend.

I think the kitchen was okay

It features fully equipped and furnished apartments: kitchen, stove, fridge , sink, and dishes etc. The proximity to 2-subway stations was super helpful to go anywhere in Montreal. And, the YUL Airport Bus 747 stops in front of this hotel, so $11.25 instead of an expensive taxi fare!

Locale was perfect for our requirements in Montreal. Air conditioning not in the sleeping quarters was an issue on a hot night. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had all the amenities we needed. Awaiting the elevator that was specific to the parking area was a small inconvenience.

We needed maintenance and he came right away.

Dated hotel rooms and lack of maintenance. For the price, they should be able to keep at least the washroom renovated. The bathtub was dirty and the paint peeling. The first thing my 6 year old daughter said when enter the washroom was “this is disgusting”. Location is great, the staff is amicable, but again, for that price the should be able to deliver better maintained rooms.

Good parking and friendly service, everything was as would everyone would love to have in a hotel experience

The Breakfast option should be there as well as the room conditions can be made more charming.

The room carpet is brown and very old and feels disgusting. Also had towels in the room on the first day that was dirty it had hair on it like multiple and I had to get room service to get me new ones the next day. I got stuck in the elevator didn’t notice that it’s two hotel in one location which we got stuck on the 4 th floor. The area is nice close to the science meuseum but everything closes early in my opinion in the area. The room was okay just feels dated, brown carpets and the Ac wall unit was only in 2 location and one of the room did feel hot so we can’t close the door

This was the perfect place for our large family, it was very central for our sightseeing, it was clean, we enjoyed the outdoor area, the service was good. The sofa bed wasn’t great, but the regular beds were very comfortable.

Nice hotel. Great location. Friendly staff. Convenient on site parking for a fee. Free coffee at any time. (A single cup machine)

nice place to site-seeing by feet and driving as well less than 30 minutes.

This hotel had so many great amenities, from free laundry to large kitchens to quiet courtyard. Easy Walk to Old Town
