Great views of nyc

Property is exceptional with amazing city views. A definte must. Access to nyc/wtc via path train is really close

The location was great, but unfortunately the service and cleanliness did not meet expectations. When we first checked in, the front desk staff was not very welcoming. Upon entering our room, I noticed hair on the bath towels and dirt on the tables, which was very unpleasant. I requested a room change, but was told the hotel was fully booked and was instead moved to a room next to the gym. Since the gym operates 24 hours, we constantly heard noise from weightlifting and running, making it very difficult to rest. I also requested slippers that never arrived. Overall, for the price paid, the experience was disappointing, and I feel that certain rooms—especially those directly next to the gym—should not be offered to paying guests. Stayed at a few Hyatts before.. this is probably the worst one

Super location

One of the best hotel and experience we got in our first trip to USA which was for 3 weeks. Only hotel in which the cleaning of room was done everyday and staff was seen happy and respectful. The hotel location is the best and very convenient to NYC. With a mesmerising view of Manhattan. Next time will definitely come and stay here.

It’s in a prime location. Transportation options were great. Everything was within walking distance. right next to the Exchange Place PATH station. Parking was a little distance away. Just a few blocks away and relatively affordable. Still great, given the territory. And the Manhattan views from the hotel were awesome.

The hotel is the best location for going to NYC! The hotel is very nice, and clean. We enjoyed the stay!

Payed a little bit more for NYC view (as shown on their web site) - it was a rip off. Looking directly out the window was an apartment building and water, same as web site called "River View." Called front desk and they said if you can look anywhere out your window and see part of the city then considered NYC view. You can probably look out most of the windows and see part of the city.

I didn’t like that it stated breakfast and couldn’t have breakfast or room service cause someone bought out the kitchen and the complimentary breakfast was always gone from the workers for the event, there wasn’t a microwave to heat any food up and it also stated my room could sleep 6 but it wasnt so it wasn’t worth $2,068 and had to sleep on a floor and had to go out every morning to eat. I am very disappointed and upset
