Very beautiful property. From the reception you will not begin to imagine just how amazing your room will be.

For a budget hotel the staff were so attentive, especially a young lady named Catherine. The room wasnt bad for the price either.

Would recommend this location to anyone staying in Venice. Wonderful staff and excellent breakfast options. You can walk just about anywhere from here and it’s easily accessible by water taxi or train!

Amazing breakfast, location and ambience to this beautiful hotel.

Really loved staying at this hotel. It’s a 5 minute walk from the boat dock if you get the alilaguna boat. It’s also tucked away so it’s slightly quieter than the busiest parts of Venice but you are still close enough it doesn’t take long to get to the main tourist areas. Room was also recently renovated and really comfortable!

Such a fantastic underrated hitel, would highly recommended and will be back for sure. Only comment for improvement would be more tables for breakfast, as gwts very busy. Staff are fantastic!!!

The hotel is in a great location. It’s a close walk to everything without being in the thick of the tourist frenzy.
