The wait staff were great

Staff was kind at the arrival, they helped me taking my mom on a wheel chair to her room The bad was after that i ordered food for her and they didn't let the guy pass to give the food to her, they told her she needed to get down to the reception and grab it Also ordered drinks from the restaurant they told her they were gonna take 40 min. Since they were busy, had to call reception so they could sent it fast and they couldn't charge it to the room Also at the restaurant, i asked to added it to the room bill they said the same, they couldn't cus the card was only passed for the room.... The room had an issue in the bathroom, the water ran out from the shower, getting the floor all wet, they couldn't change me to another room

Beautiful property and rooms. Not in a very safe area though.

They accommodate with check in and check out hours. Generous with the essentials needed for the room. The jacuzzi wasn't heating, the pool needed to be cleaned.

The service was good, staff is very kind, the room was cleaned every morning and the food and service at the restaurant is very good too. Is a good option for a quick business travel

Affordable, in the centro and a short Uber ride to San Pedro, with a nice pool area.

Expensive and Starting to show age. View from room unpleasant. Room needs maintenance.

Very clean , no Breakfast included though, and if you book directly with the hotel it does include it

There were a few issues. We had to change rooms twice at check-in. The pool was under maintenance too, so couldn't use it. Other than than that, food and drinks were excellent, and the staff was top notch!

Room service was over priced, the buffet was not worth the price, our room ac was loud, the area was not safe at night, I don’t recommend you stay by the pool, it’s noisy and able to sleep in. Staff was cool.
