So while this place has had an update to the overall grounds/exterior and partial upgrades on interior- it was not super clean. Visible stains on carpets; feeling run down. Ans my biggest complaint at check in was told resort fees were included and at check out had to barter banter with staff - if was removed but I didnt even stay there 12 hours and did not get to use the resort pool/jaccuzzi and bikes or boats. The food also was not great- got dinner at the on property restaurant that was "not affiliated" but inly place to get food and got sick the next day. Place was a cool concept- but needs help.

I can only speak to the one bedroom Cottage I stayed in. I have stayed in this exact room several times over the past 10 years. It is ADA. The shower has changed quite a bit since last time. There is now a shower curtain instead of shower glass that is way too small for this shower. The shower head is on the long part of the shower wall. Needless to say after a shower there is water everywhere , on the floor, drywall, baseboards. I don’t mean a little bit of water . For what you are charging for this room this shower is a disaster. If this is required for ADA the guest should know when booking that you really will not be able to take a shower in this room. It is nearly impossible. Very disappointed and won’t be beck.

Awesome facility !!

The property is great for families! We stayed here because we were attending a wedding nearby. We did not bring our kids but we really wish to come back. The pool area is great. We loved that there’s onsite restaurants and even a coffee shop. Restaurant with lake view was beautiful and the food was delicious. We were welcomed with a welcome drink and I thought that was a such a nice personal touch. Loved that they included kayak, golf range and bikes to use. Will definitely be planning a trip back.

Property was nice but alittle over highly priced for the property in my opinion. My first room was infested with ants and I got bit after sitting in the bed , staff was quick to change me to a 1 bed upgraded suite but then my son had to sleep on the couch which is not my favorite option when booking a room with 2 real beds. The suite home was ok which the bathroom was in our room and it was the worst shower imaginable for a non assessable person . Imagine a large lock room open shower with no door a tiny plastic sheet hanging to while you and only a stable shower head that blasts water across the bathroom and doesn’t sit at an angel to shower anything g higher then your belly button . Now after thinking this was not great experience for the price I paid per night . The hotel tired but it wasn’t a good fix to their ant problem . Probably will not return .

We stayed one night but it was wonderful. Quiet, clean and the two pools are great. They have room service but very expensive but very delicious. Loved having a balcony to watch the boats come around. Would love to stay again!

Fantastic all around

The place cannot be enjoyed because of all the bugs. There is no way to open the door and enjoy the lake. The room was really dirty

We had a waterfront cottage that was modern and very clean. It had its own driveway for parking, a kitchette, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, dining area and living room with glass slider over looking the water/bay with outdoor patio with fire pit and seating. We golfed at the Exec course and loved it. We will definitely be back.

The property is beautifully crafted around the lake. The staff are welcoming and make you feel like a family member. They remembered me by my name and went out of their way to be accommodating. House keeping did a great job of taking care of us and the groundsman did a fantastic job of keeping the park and flower beds so beautiful. A big thank you to Waylon who was so friendly and helped us with getting our cottage nice and cool. Thank you to all staff for making our trip fantastic.

The staff were very friendly, from the resort to the restaurant and the sail boat house staff were all great. I plan on visiting the Lake house more often and love the place. My only concern with the trip was that the carpet in the hallway was dirty from previous stains, the bed was really bad. My back was in severe pain most days I woke up, it felt like metal bars were below the mattress. Other than that I think the place deserves a 5 out of 5 because I love it so much.

The nightly rate of $450-up plus a $48 resort fee plus four other fee's and CA taxes made one nights stay over $632!! This is not the Ritz Carlton or Four Seasons. You can't swim in the lake. The rooms are clean and have all you need but small. One coffee shop with $7-$8 coffee? Pontoon boat and kayak rentals was a great ideal! Everyone who works here are the SWEETEST! Two pools great ideal but towel fee silly. Shout out to Audrey at the Pool, she made our visit amazing!! We had 106 people for a wedding, she was wonderful with everyone, all-ages. The local restaurant has good food. Everything in resort shuts down at 9pm. Amalfi restaurant next to resort but very pricey with $48-up entrees. Great place but too expensive for families or people on a budget.
