When we went to check in, I suddenly realized that there were two locations in the city for Le Germain hotels and I’d booked at the other location. Front desk staff politely informed me of this, and then went to work looking into availability at their property. They got me a room and transferred the reservation. I appreciated it so much!

Amazing stay!

The stay and amenities were great, had an issue with the Air Conditioning the first night…..we were relocated to a room next door which had functional air conditioning. Happy this issue could be solved, communication between hotel and myself was excellent while the work to repair initially.

It’s a beautiful, well-maintained hotel, but best of all, the staff - every person we interacted with was superb!

A stay at Le Germaine never disappoints! Great rooms, clean and comfortable. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Definitely a treat to stay there next time you’re in Toronto!

It was a great spot

Staff were exceptional

Great central spot and jumping off point for much that Toronto has to offer. The room was excellent - clean and cozy, with a well stocked bar fridge, and the shower was amazing.

This is a very nice hotel in a central area, close to many restaurants and attractions. It was not as upscale as I expected it to be, given the price point. Also, the restaurant is under construction and appears to have been for some time (the sign says “Coming Spring 2025”) so on site dining options are limited. Overall a perfectly adequate place to stay but I’m not sure I would rush to return given the limited value for the price.

The staff was very kind and helpful, the room was clean, and we enjoyed our stay.

Great location for attending events at Rogers Centre

Very nicely appointed rooms, in the heart of the city. Gym is small. Hotel deck is minimal.

This was a great stay and I can’t wait to return! The location was perfectly situated to access several attractions and the quality of the room, service and cleanliness was divine.

Excellent stay and location.

Very quiet (except for emergency vehicles on the weekend- although away from busy roads) and central. Blocks from the harbour and even less distance to Roger’s Stadium!
