Staff was professional and had good communication skills

We were given a beautiful room. And I got the roll in shower I requested. The staff is very friendly. We most definitely stay here again.

my family are 4 people. and I made a reservation 1-bed and double sofa bed. but my room had 1-bed and only sofa. so, my family slept 3-people on bed, 1-man on sofa. it was very inconvenient. I asked why my room is not double sofa bed to the counter. but he said 'I don't know' but the other facilities are good, especially breakfast was delicious.

It was a clean friendly environment. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. The staff was very friendly. Close to everything you would need.

A very pleasant stay, perfectly located in my old neighborhood. I enjoyed coming home, and the hotel was generally very good.

You transferred me to another property after sending a confirmation email the day before. Our room is not the same as what I paid for and there was an additional pet charge for the room. I AM NOT HAPPY

They called us last minute and cancelled our reservation because Expedia had overbooked
