Very friendly staff running the hotel. We were there for two nights. Did not get housekeeping after the first night.

The front end manager was super nice and very helpful. The room was ok, definitely nothing fancy. It was clean and well kept. The walls are paper thin and I woke up to a lady shouting German to her iPhone during a parking lot speaker phone call home. The bed and pillows are absolutely terrible. The most uncomfortable things I have ever slept on. Overall, it was ok for the price.

No a/c and confusion over where the booking was made...here or directly with property. Had to leave early due to illness of one of our party and cant figure out who needs to give us the refund.

Nice hotel in Carmel. Breakfast was great

We were there for one night. We were pleased with our stay. Close to Main Street (stores) and a few blocks away to Carmel Beach! One thing, Breakfast could use a bit more variety.

When booking we opted to pay at the property upon check in. However, they called us before our arrival and demanded payment in full to keep our reservation. The bed was uncomfortable. We were given 2 bath towels for a 2 night stay, when requested for 2 more clean towels they only allowed 1. Aside from that the rooms was nice, clean and quiet.
