The room smelled dirty and the furniture was old and rickety. Our travel companions found a bug in their bed in their first room and when they were relocated to their second room, there were used towels hanging on the back of the bathroom door. When they spoke to the manager, she indicated she couldn't compensate anything due to the fact that they booked through Expedia. I wouldn't recommend this hotel!!!

Property would not accept my temporary WY drivers license, so I was unable to check in or even receive a refund. I had the temporary and my voided old hard copy, and they would not accept, even though the paper copy is the legal ID until hard copy is received in mail.

The lobby is across a busy road from the rooms. There is no defined crosswalk or traffic signals. Skybridge requires more steps. No elevator. The breakfast is better than average.

The room was clean but only able to use the outside exit. Hallway was full of beds and mattresses, etc. Therefore, impossible to get to ice machine in hallway. Advertise restaurant but both just happened to be closed.

The hotel was split by a busy road for front desk and rooms. Odd set-up. Room was clean, bed comfortable.

Staff were so good. It is dog friendly. The rooms are so dated but clean. This is definitely a 2 star. Needs an update. It feels a little dull

Shower head was laughably short I had to shower on my knees it came out the wall at shoulder height

Everything was great from check-in to check-out. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. We will definitely stay again when our travels take us to Sheridan.

within walking distance to downtown. Nice comfortable bed. I had two rooms. The shower/tub floor was chipped and peeling in one room. Nice breakfast provided.

Onsite bar/ restaurant was a great amenitie. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Staff was friendly. Hot breakfast was great. Pool was very dirty.

The property doesn't appear as in the picture, the property needs lots of repairs and updates. Also,l some of the rooms are literally abutting the side walk/street, and you could hear all the street noise in the rooms. The breakfast was well done, organized, and of good quality.

Place is kinda expensive but the tub is relaxing

Unusual property in that it has four buildings, with one building on the opposite side to the main street, and the parking is even more fragmented. The main signage is on one side of that street while the lobby is on the other. Also, no elevator for the second floor.The rooms themselves are nice.

Great family room with bunk beds and 2 queens. The room was outdated a ton. Bathtub/shower gross with floor mat to cover up the stains. Broken towel hanger, mold/yellow stains everywhere. We were there for 8 hrs of sleep and that was it. So let it be. But if had to stay longer id find new hotel.
